How do I exchange a product?
If you are unhappy with the size or the colour of the product you have selected, we would be happy to exchange these for you to a different size or colour of the same product type.
Ensuring that our products are hygienic when they reach our consumers is important to us and for that reason, we unfortunately are not in a position to exchange trunks or briefs. We hope you understand!
If you need to exchange a product, please send us an email (connect@huskieslgobal.com) within 2 days of receiving your package and we will do our best to expedite the exchange.
Please do ensure that all products being exchanged have the original product tag (if any) and packaging intact.
Courier charges for pick-up and delivery will have to be borne by you, but we will do our best to minimize this cost.
How do I return a product?
We are committed to ensuring the highest quality standards for our products and if for some reason the product you have received is defective or faulty, we will take full responsibility for that and will accept a return.
Please initiate the return process by sending us an email within 14 of receiving your package (connectebhuskiesglobal.com) and we will have a courier pick up the product to be returned. We will confirm the acceptance of the return in writing once we complete a quality check at our warehouse.
Please do ensure that all products being returned have the original product tag (if any) and packaging intact.
How long will the return process take?
The return process will usually take 7 to 14 days but we will always do our best to expedite the process and keep you informed.
When can I expect my refund?
Once your return is accepted, you will be notified in writing. This will typically take 7 to 14 days.
Your refund will then be credited to either your bank account or credit card account within 5 days of you being notified.
Will I receive a refund for the handling / courier charges?
Ensuring product quality is our responsibility and you will receive a full refund of all charges. including product, handling and courier charges, except for the return courier charges.
