       When will I receive my order?

      Usually, you should expect your delivery within 3 to 7 working days from placing the order.

      More up to date information could be obtained by using the Tracking number provided in the email you would have received once the order has been shipped.

       How do I track my order?

      Aramex is our logistics partner and handles all deliveries. You can enter the Tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email (aramex.com) and click 'Track' to follow the progress of your order.

      Alternatively, you could also call one of the Aramex agents on +94 11 4728100 to obtain the necessary information. They are always available to assist you.

       How do I know what the delivery charges are?

      The delivery charges may vary depending on the delivery address provided. These charges will be clearly mentioned during the checkout process and will be included in the total payment due. 

       Refund of delivery charges

      If you have cancelled your order before it is shipped out and have made payment by Credit Card, we will refund these delivery charges by crediting you Credit Card account. This may take 7 to 14 days from the date of cancellation.

       When will I receive my order? Will I be contacted before the delivery?

      Deliveries will usually be made from Monday to Saturday inclusive of both days. The Aramex field agent will attempt to contact you via a phone call or will notify you by SMS.

      If you wish to give a preferred date, you could coordinate this with the Aramex field agents once they contact you.

       What if no one was at the delivery address when the courier arrived?

      No problem The field executive will try to reach you over the next couple of days as well, in order to fix a suitable time for delivery. Please do coordinate this with the courier person when he contacts you.

      If they fail to deliver your order after 3 such attempts, they will automatically send the delivery back to us and a fresh delivery charge will be added to proceed once again.
